Where is your order? your articles have they already sent? Follow the status of the shipment of your current orders.
You will find your Colissimo Post number in the confirmation order e-mail you received from TAO DISTRIBUTION.
Just click on the blue link "Track your parcel" (see example below) and you can see at the bottom of the summary screen, in the comments box, the date of shipment and the tracking number.
So you just have to copy this number and go to the Postoffice website by clicking this button
or paste it into the box " track your package" at the bottom of this page.
International orders are sent by Expert International Colissimo, products of Post Office. Your package is delivered within a period of 5 to 14 indicative business days, depending on the destination.
A proof of deposit is provided at the time of the package at the box office. The distribution of the package is done against signature of the recipient. If absent, a notice pending is left in the box to letters of the recipient. It indicates the coordinates of the post office where to remove the package. The recipient then has 15 days to retrieve.
